Job: Head of Partnerships, Norway

To succeed with that, we are now looking to add a Norwegian Partner Consultant to our supply team.

Truestory is the fastest growing experience platform in Scandinavia, founded in Denmark, launched in Norway in 2016 and Sweden in april 2021.

In 2020 Truestory archived growth in terms of both revenue and result, despite of the Covid-19 pandemic reaching more than 250.000 customers. A sign of what is to come.

This position is within our supply team, where we as a team of 5 colleagues go to work each day, to improve our selection of experiences while also offering a world-class service to our existing experience partners.

As a Norwegian Partner Consultant, your job would focus on:

  • Research and screening with a goal of identifying the best Norwegian experiences.
  • Outreach (often cold) to Norwegian experience operators, that we want to add to the Truestory Platform.
  • Meetings (video and in person) with Norwegian experience operators with a goal of signing new partners to the platform.
  • Making sure that new experiences are added to our platform in the best possible way, in cooperation with colleagues from the supply team.

To succeed in a role like that you would need to be:

  • Driven by the art of selling, in this case a win/win commission-based partnership
  • Driven by creating new things and moving metrics
  • Driven by meeting new people, creating great meetings with positive outcome
  • A great team player
  • Great at (and experienced with) doing cold, effective outreach to a lot of new leads each week
  • A great negotiator, always aiming for that win/win solution
  • Interested in the experience economy space / interested in spotting those new trends, places and concepts
  • Highly empathetic and obviously high-scorer on social intelligence
  • Norwegian or at least fluent in Norwegian and with experience from jobs in Norway

We require at least 2 years of experience within B2B sales – and preferably experience working in digital platforms/marketplaces, however not mandatory.
